Absinthe, Dinner Plain
Absinthe is located in arguably one of the best subdivisions ever carried out in Dinner Plain.
This sub-division was carried out about 18 years ago by Casbak and Castran in order to produce the most prestigious chalets in amongst significant Snow Gums. The trees within the subdivision dictated the shape of the allotments. Casbak Then designed each allotment to as to be respectful of the outlook, vegetation and amenity. The result was this entire sub-division of 12 properties sold out in under a week.
Eighteen years on Drovers Lane is still by far the most prestigious ever at Dinner Plain. Absinthe is a very fine example of design and build quality excellence.
