Banjos is one of the largest chalets in Dinner Plain and is being offered for sale for the first time since being built. It is centrally located within the village and flows out onto a large nature reserve that will never be built on.
It has a long history of vigorous rental returns and is cleverly set up to accommodate up to 22 people.
Upon entry into Banjos you arrive in spacious entry area which allows skiers and holiday makers to unpack and store equipment. Conveniently located off the entry is the large drying room for damp and wet items, this area also houses a washing machine and dryer.
The enclosed single car garage can be accessed from the entrance and is also used to store firewood and houses the plant room which is where the ducted heating and spa equipment are located.

The lounge precinct has two distinct areas. The first is a sunken lounge overlooking the wood heater set in a rock feature wall and the second area overlooks the deck which provides front row seating to the reserve.
Step outside onto the deck where you can watch the children play in the snow or in summer on a lovely safe open green space, this is a wonderful area to entertaining next to the rock BBQ.
The large kitchen and open plan dining area are also on the ground floor along with a master bedroom and ensuite. The internal spa pool room also overlooks the reserve and has a separate toilet and hand basin.
Follow the spiral staircase up to the first floor where you will find two identical wings each with 2 bedrooms (4 in total) and at either end of each wing is a bathroom with separate toilet.
Another two staircases then lead up to the two large lofts, sleeping 6 in each.
